Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms apply between Wonderz Solutions ("we") and the company or person who creates a Call Analyzer CRM account ("customer"). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Call Analyzer provides an Android app and a web dashboard that sync work-SIM call logs, call recordings and lead information from the customer's staff phones to the customer's dashboard.
Your responsibilities
- Install the app only on phones used for your business, with the knowledge of the staff using them.
- Follow the laws that apply to you on calling, call recording and data protection, including informing the people your staff call where required.
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Do not use the service for spam, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
Trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 5 phones).
- Paid plans are charged per phone per month for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), plus GST, in advance, through Razorpay.
- If a plan ends without renewal, phones already linked keep syncing and your data stays available, but no new phones can be added until you renew. We may suspend accounts that remain unpaid.
- Prices can change; changes apply from your next renewal and are shown on the pricing page.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to back up data daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone makers' battery and recording settings can affect how quickly calls sync.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. See refunds and cancellation. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
