Try before you pay

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial so you can check that Call Analyzer works on your team's phones before paying.

Cancelling

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. To cancel, simply don't renew; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• After 7 days, payments for the current period are not refundable, except where the service was unavailable to you for a long period because of a fault on our side; in that case we refund the unused part.
• Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
