Questions owners ask us
Do my telecallers need new phones or SIMs?
No. The app works on their existing Android phones and SIMs. They choose which SIM is the work SIM, and only that SIM's calls are tracked.
Does it record calls itself?
Call Analyzer uses the recordings the phone already makes (most Android phones in India have a built-in call recorder). It finds each recording and attaches it to the right call.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan in Plan & Billing and pay online. If you don't, phones already connected keep syncing and your data stays safe, but new phones can't join until you choose a plan.
Is it only for education institutes?
It started with an admissions team, so it fits institutes very well, but any team that sells or supports over the phone can use it: real estate, insurance, clinics, agencies.
Where is our data stored?
On our servers in Germany, separate for every company. Your admins only ever see your company's data. Read the privacy policy for details.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. iPhones don't let apps read the call log, so Call Analyzer is Android-only.
